Our social media pages are a great way to get in touch with us and see what we're all about.

Visit our booking calendar at to reserve your desired date and time for renting our soft serve ice cream machine. Simply select your preferred date and if there is a time slot then that means we have a machine available for that day. Don't pay attention to the booking time for that day, we can setup the times after the slot is booked.

Please note that a $25 deposit is required to hold your reservation on the calendar. If you have any questions or concerns about the booking process, feel free to contact us.

At MadMachine Rentals, we offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience. Once you've booked your desired date on our calendar, you can make your payment using either Venmo, Zelle, or Square:

Square: Reach out to us and we can send an invoice.

Please include your booking details in the payment description for easy identification.

Once you have paid the required deposit, we will send you an instructional email to help you prepare for the rental. This email will include helpful videos and detailed guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with the soft serve ice cream machine. The instructional videos will cover important topics such as machine setup, operation, cleaning instructions, and troubleshooting tips. We believe that proper preparation leads to the best results, and we want to ensure that you feel confident and well-equipped to make the most of your rental. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Prior to or when picking up the rental, please ensure that you have made the full payment. Refer to Step 3 above for a list of available payment methods, including Venmo, Zelle, and Square. Choose the method that suits you best and make your payment accordingly. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding payment, feel free to reach out to us.

In our informational emails we will include the pickup address and further details regarding the pickup process. We'll work with you to coordinate a convenient time for you to pick up the soft serve ice cream machine. If you have any questions or need to make any adjustments to the pickup arrangements, please reach out to us promptly so that we can assist you.

These are industrial soft serve ice cream machines and weigh between 95 and 135 pounds. They also need to be transported upright so you will need vehicle space to do so.

As your rental period comes to an end, it's important to properly clean the soft serve ice cream machine before returning it. Detailed instructions on how to clean the machine can be found in the instructional videos we provided. By following the cleaning guidelines, you'll help maintain the machine's performance and ensure its readiness for the next rental. 

When your rental period is over, it's time to return the soft serve ice cream machine. Return time will be decided before pickup and depending on the next days schedule can be somewhat flexible. We kindly ask that you return the machine on time to avoid any additional charges.
