How much does it cost to rent a machine?
The cost to rent a machine will depend on the type of machine, the length of the rental period, and any additional services or supplies requested. Please contact us for a specific quote.
What types of industrial soft serve ice cream machines do you offer?
We offer a wide range of industrial soft serve ice cream machines that can accommodate any type of event or business. Our machines are capable of producing 2.6-5.3 gallons of high-quality soft serve ice cream per hour. They are constructed with durable stainless steel, and feature a powerful compressor for efficient operation. Our machines are versatile, offering the ability to make any flavor of soft serve mixture that you can find at the store or on Amazon. They are easy to operate, and come with features like built-in refrigeration in the hopper to keep dairy mixtures cool, and digital control panel and temperature display. The machines are also designed for easy cleaning, making them ready for the next rental.
Can I come and see the machines before renting?
We typically don’t have time to show the machines during the week or before the rentals but we have enough of a social media presence out there that you can get a good feel for what these machines look like and how they work.

How do I book a rental?
Renting a machine with us is easy and convenient. We use a user-friendly online booking tool, koalendar.com, which allows you to select the day and time slot of your choice for machine pickup. Please note that the 30-minute booking window is simply to reserve your chosen day, and actual pickup and drop-off times will be confirmed later. A deposit of $25 is required to secure your reservation (Venmo, Zell, Square). Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the necessary information, such as pickup and drop-off times, and the option to purchase soft serve powder from us.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and all credit cards through our Square terminal. We can also send you an invoice from Square if you need documentation for reimbursement.
Do I need insurance to rent a machine?
As a small family-run business, we do not require a large deposit or proof of insurance. However, we expect our customers to be responsible for any damages to the machine during the rental period. In case of any damages, the customer will be required to pay for the repair or replacement cost.
Can I pick up and return the machine myself?
Yes, you can pick up and return the machine yourself. Our pick-up and return hours are from after 10:00 AM on the day you rent the machine to before 9:30 AM on the day you return it.
Keep in mind that it is an industrial soft serve ice cream machine, so it requires two people to lift it into your vehicle. It also must be transported upright so you’ll need a vehicle large enough to do so.
Smaller cars and sedans are typically not large enough to transport our machines.

What if I need to cancel my rental?
If you need to cancel your rental, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, a fee may apply. Typically you can reschedule your booking for another time and we won’t charge a fee to change. But if you decide to cancel all together you will lose your $25 deposit to help us recuperate the cost of losing out on potential bookings.
Do you offer delivery and set-up services?
We typically rely on our customers to pick up and drop off the machines themselves. However, depending on our work schedules, we may be able to offer delivery and set-up services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information and to request this service.
